Layla Freig, CPA (she/her) is the Chief Financial Officer of OncoDiversity, where she leads financial strategy, governance and organizational sustainability. She brings extensive experience supporting nonprofit organizations, social enterprises and innovation-driven initiatives through periods of growth, fundraising and structural development.

Layla’s work focuses on building financially resilient organizations by aligning mission, operations and funding strategy. She has led financial planning, grant strategy, and reporting across a range of impact-focused organizations, with particular experience in managing public and private funding, multi-year budgets and accountability to funders and boards.

Layla also works nationally with early-stage and scaling organizations across healthcare, technology and community-based sectors advancing equity and access.
