Join Us for Canada’s First 2SLGBTQI+ Cancer Conference
IN PERSON
June 11th & 12th, 2026. Montreal, QC
Join us for Canada’s first national conference dedicated to 2SLGBTQI+ inclusion in oncology and cancer care.
Hosted by Oncodiversity, this landmark event brings together healthcare providers, researchers, policymakers, and community partners to explore how we can build more equitable, affirming, and evidence-based systems of care for 2SLGBTQI+ individuals affected by cancer.
Over two days, participants will engage in clinical discussions, research presentations, and actionable workshops that address the unique needs and experiences of sexual and gender diverse populations across the cancer continuum, from prevention and screening to survivorship and palliative care.
Topics include:
Inclusive communication and patient-centered care practices
Emerging research on 2SLGBTQI+ cancer outcomes and disparities
Integrating equity-focused competencies into oncology training
Building organizational capacity for affirming care
Policy strategies to strengthen system-wide inclusion
Together, we’ll share knowledge, foster collaboration, and set a new standard for inclusive cancer care in Canada.
