Isabella Giancotta

Operations and Program Manager

Isabella Giancotta (she/they) is a designer and researcher specializing in the intersection of health, technology, and social impact. With a background spanning industrial and digital product design, Isabella brings a strategic, human-centered approach to building inclusive systems and experiences.

As an Operations and Program Manager at OncoDiversity, Isabella leads the organization’s design, logistics and communications strategy, helping translate complex health equity research into accessible narratives and tools that strengthen community engagement. Her work focuses on integrating empathy, evidence, and design thinking to improve access to care for underrepresented populations.

Previously, Isabella worked with the Canadian Global Oncology Network, where she organized the 2025 Global Oncology Conference in Montréal, supporting international collaboration in cancer care and equity.

Drawing from experience in both clinical and consumer product environments, Isabella bridges creative practice with public health objectives. They are passionate about fostering collaboration between patients, clinicians, and designers to create meaningful, equitable change in oncology and beyond.
